The Challenge

Walls and building fabric fail where water gets in and cannot get out — around cladding joints, at wall-to-roof junctions, and through cracked render and masonry. The result is damp, corrosion of embedded steel, mould, and deteriorating internal environments. Left unchecked, moisture damages structure, finishes, and the plant housed inside.

The Solution
Base Rebuilt & Siding Edges Sealed

After surface prep and debris removal, the block base was rebuilt to profile with Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz), trowel-applied by hand, and the siding edges were rebuilt and coated to sit on a sealed, weather-tight base.
