Challenge
Fan blades were worn and roughened by erosion, adding drag and pulling down running efficiency. The default path was replacing the full set of blades.
Belzona Solution
The blades were rebuilt where material had been lost, then resurfaced with a smooth, erosion-resistant Belzona coating and rebalanced before returning to service.

Result
Full blade-set replacement avoided, surface drag reduced, and running efficiency improved. Additional details to follow.
