Belzona® SuperWrap
Belzona® SuperWrap is a qualified composite repair solution that returns strength to weakened or holed metallic substrates.
The system is a compliant engineered, in situ, cold curing alternative to traditional cut and weld hot work.
Belzona® SuperWrap is suitable for thin-walled and through-walled defects on Class 1 water systems, Class 2 safety critical systems and Class 3 hydrocarbon systems.

Compliance
The Belzona® SuperWrap material has been prequalified to the international composite repair standards ASME PCC2 Article 4.1, ISO/TS 24817 and to US DOT requirements
The engineered design system has been audited by ESR Technology, acting as independent auditors for the Oil & Gas Industry.
Application
All compliant applications are applied by licensed and validated applicators, trained to the Belzona® SuperWrap standard complying with the international composite repair standards.
